HFHSE Account & Data Deletion

HFHSE users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains both the in-app deletion process and the alternative method for submitting a deletion request.

Request Deletion in the HFHSE App

Users can request account deletion directly within the HFHSE app.

  1. Sign in to your HFHSE account.
  2. Open the Admin section from the app.
  3. Select the account deletion option.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to submit your deletion request.
If your account is managed by your company or organization, your request may be subject to verification or administrative review before final deletion is completed.

Alternative Deletion Request Method

If you are unable to access the app, you may also request deletion by emailing: hello@hfhse.com

Please use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include the following in your request:

  • Your full name
  • Your account email address
  • Your company name, if applicable
  • A brief statement requesting deletion of your account and associated data

What Will Be Deleted

Upon verification and approval of your request, HFHSE will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, contractual, or legitimate business purposes.

  • Account profile information
  • User-submitted records associated directly with your account, where applicable
  • Uploaded files or images associated directly with your account, where applicable

Data That May Be Retained

Certain limited information may be retained where necessary to:

  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
  • Maintain audit, billing, workplace safety, or compliance records
  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements
  • Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

If your account is part of a company-managed workspace, certain business records, safety documentation, or compliance records may remain with that organization even after your personal account is deleted.

Processing Time

We aim to review and process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after verifying the identity and authority of the requestor.
